Enrollment:

Complete the online registration by clicking here.

These are all REQUIRED for registration.

○ Official Birth Certificate or Passport of student

○ Social Security card- (optional- if you input their SS# then you have to provide a copy)

○ Proof of Residence- Please see below

○ Government-issued Identification Card of the person registering the student. If you have a lease, all occupants need to be listed and we need a government issued Identification card for all adults on the lease.

○ Proof of Immunizations- Legible in English IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS

○ Report Card or Transcript from the most recently attended school

Proof of Residence:

Parents must upload proof of residence. This is a utility bill (gas, electricity, or water bill) that is dated within the last 30 days. If you have not lived there longer than 30 days, please upload your lease with everyone who will be residing there listed on the lease. A utility bill will then need to be provided to the registrar within 30 days of registration. 

The process of enrollment is almost complete. The registrar will be in contact with you with any questions, or if any additional documents are needed.
